  1. Deep-fry Subi Tempura Pollock Fish Bites at 180oC for 4 – 5 minutes.
  2. In a separate pan, heat the oil and add in all the sauces, mango and sliced onions. Stir until cooked completely. Pour a little water if necessary.
  3. Mix in the earlier fried Fish Bites and stir briefly. Garnish with scallions and cilantro. The fish cocktails are ready to be served.
