Coleslaw

  1. Add all the vegetables along with vinegar. Let it soak overnight.
  2. Drain the vinegar, rinse the vegetables with water, and then drain off the water completely. Pat dry to remove excess moisture.
  3. Place the pickled vegetables into a bowl. Add the coating ingredients, then season with salt and sugar. Mix well.

Subi Tempura Pollock Fish Steak

  1. Heat oil to 180°C.
  2. Deep-fry Subi Tempura Pollock Fish Steak for 4 – 5 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. Remove and set aside.

Bun

  1. On a plate, place the bottom half of the bun in the center.
  2. Arrange lettuce, tomato slices, and cucumber on the bun.

Assemble the Sandwich

  1. Place the fried fish steak on top of the salad layer.
  2. Cover with the top half of the bun.
  3. Arrange French fries and coleslaw on the side of the plate.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
